The formulation is designed for robotic finishing systems and performs best with foam pad equipped polishing machines to provide consistent results across large surface areas.

  • NC-326 One Step Compound is designed for streamlined robotic finishing processes on new builds and well-maintained surfaces.

Formulated to eliminate holograms or optical effects while delivering outstanding gloss development, NC-326 achieves a true one-step finish in many applications. Its extended working time — longer than typical automotive polishing compounds — ensures process stability, improved control, and consistent high-gloss results in automated production environments.

The BrightEdge™ range of liquid polishing compounds is engineered for high-efficiency automated and robotic finishing systems in industrial production environments.

Formulated for pressure-pot spray application, BrightEdge™ liquids deliver controlled compound distribution directly to the workpiece, where they are processed using sisal or cotton buffing wheels to achieve a consistent, high-clarity finish.

Each formulation incorporates precision-graded technical aluminium oxide to ensure uniform cut, repeatable surface quality, and predictable performance across stainless steel and aluminium substrates.

To maximise uptime in automated operations, all BrightEdge™ liquids are carefully filtered to minimise nozzle blockage, reduce maintenance requirements, and support uninterrupted production.
